Returns and Refunds:
- We accept returns only in case of damaged or defective products.
- The request for return must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- To process a return please share an unboxing video or photo proof on our official WhatsApp or email.
- Once approved we will arrange the return pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
- After the returned item is received and inspected your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
Non Returnable Items:
- Earrings and personalized items due to hygiene reasons.
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Refund Mode:
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
COD refunds will be made via bank transfer.
