At Sadaiv we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase from us.

Returns and Refunds:

  • We accept returns only in case of damaged or defective products.
  • The request for return must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To process a return please share an unboxing video or photo proof on our official WhatsApp or email.
  • Once approved we will arrange the return pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
  • After the returned item is received and inspected your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Non Returnable Items:

  • Earrings and personalized items due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Refund Mode:

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

COD refunds will be made via bank transfer.
